Room perks included a big flat-screen TV with lots of channels, a microwave for snacks, and air conditioning to keep things comfy. Super close to the Oakbrook area, so getting around was a breeze! 🌟

The staff was friendly and helpful. The best part was the room. Everything worked well in the room, cleaned to perfection, sumptuous for the price, very comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was good.

The pool room was quite dark. The pool seemed to have a lot of chemicals. A hot tub would have been enjoyable. My daughter and I still had a good time swimming though. This would not stop me from staying there again.

The location was very convenient. Some of the furniture was outdated, but the bed was very comfortable, and there were extra pillows available in the wardrobe cabinet. Continental breakfast sufficed, and hotel staff were pleasant.

The hotel was on a very busy road. I asked if there were rooms in the middle or back, and there were rooms in the back available for a $10 upgrade fee. Needless to say our room was on the busy road side, and we did not sleep very well due to the noise from the traffic all night long. I do not think they should charge to have a room in the back, and that could sway me from staying there in the future.

The room was nicely decorated and had a very comfortable bed. The staff was really helpful. The hotel's location was decent, with a huge outlet mall nearby and plenty of restaurant and shopping options.

My company relocated me to Illinios. I stayed at this hotel for (2) days while waiting to transition into my condominium in Elmhurst, il. Comfort Inn Suites charged me an extra $50.00 each day because I booked the reservation through Booked.net, which I didn't appreciate. Upon walking into the room and pulling back the sheets on the bed, my wife noticed large bugs crawling on the sheets. We had been flying in airplanes with layovers for over (14) hours, so we didn't have the energy to find another hotel. My wife and I waited in the lobby while another room was being cleaned. Upon entering this room, we still felt a little uncomfortable given the experience with the previous room. The representative at the front desk was apologetic, however she didn't waive the $50.00/day charge not did she upgrade our room. This was the only bad experience I've had throughout my entire relocation.

The front driveway is very narrow. If I were driving myself rather than riding in a cab, I would have been very nervous.

The hotel is in a comfortable location that is close to many restaurants and shopping options in the NW suburbs. The room provided great value, with a comfortable bed, sofa, and a separate TV.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, the electronic room keys did not work well.. . I had to have them reset 2 times. Not great sound proofing, but it is an older facility.

The rooms here are brand-new and quite spacious. Each room has its own TV, and there is a good variety of channels to choose from 📺. It's just as they advertised it.
